MPEG-4 (AVC/H.264) IP Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) That Eliminates New Home Wiring and Reduces Installation Costs
Building on Entone's award-winning and patent-pending Hydra™ IP video gateway, Entone's family of MPEG-4 customer premise equipment (CPE) products includes:
- Amulet – a compact and cost-effective single stream IPTV digital video recorder (DVR)
- Hydra – an IPTV video gateway that provides three independent streams of fully interactive IPTV services
- Janus – a dual-stream media hub for delivering live HDTV programs, web services and media sharing to homes with multiple television sets, and

Entone's devices are compatible with many of the industry's leading middleware and conditional access technology partners. Entone's CPE products support both SD (480i and 480p) and HD (720p, 1080i, and 1080p) signals. The devices support common compression formats, including MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 (AVC/H.264), and VC-1.
