MPEG-4 (AVC/H.264) IP Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) That Eliminates New Home Wiring and Reduces Installation Costs
Building on Entone's award-winning and patent-pending Hydra™ IP video gateway, Entone's family of MPEG-4 customer premise equipment (CPE) products includes:
- Hydra HD – an IP video gateway that provides three streams of fully interactive IPTV services and reuses existing coax networks for in-home video redistribution and
- Amulet™ HD – a compact and cost-effective single stream IPTV receiver.
Entone's IPTV devices are compatible with many of the industry's leading middleware and conditional access technology partners. Entone's CPE products support both SD (480i and 480p) and HD (720p, 1080i, and 1080p) signals. The devices support common compression formats, including MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 (AVC/H.264), and VC-1.

Crescendo iNID is an all-weather residential gateway that consolidates key elements of a voice, video and data service into a compact device that offers:

- High-speed IP over coax to facilitate IPTV without new wiring;
- Two voice-over-IP ports that work with standard phone equipment;
- 10/100 Base-T Ethernet;
