Duane E. Zitzner

Former Executive Vice President at Hewlett-Packard
Duane Zitzner has more than 30 years of management, technical and consumer technology experience with computer products and enterprise systems. Most recently he was Executive Vice President of the $23 billion Personal Systems Group at Hewlett-Packard Company (HP), leading the team responsible for the development and manufacturing of HP's business and consumer devices. Prior to the Personal Systems Group, Duane served as President of HP's Computing Systems organization with responsibility for computer products and enterprise systems. He has also held various management and technical positions in software and architecture at IBM. Duane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, did postgraduate studies in computer science at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and studied at the Wharton Business School. He also serves on the boards of Alien Technology, Datacatch, Inc., Firetide, Inc., ProStor Systems, Inc., and Synnex Corp.


H. Dubose Montgomery

General Partner, Menlo Ventures
DuBose was a founder of Menlo Ventures in 1976, and has been an active director in many of the firm's portfolio companies. Prior to Menlo Ventures, he worked in communications research for Bell Laboratories, had extensive small business management consulting experience, and did marketing for a small electronics company. At Menlo, DuBose focuses on investments in leading companies in the information technology sector. DuBose is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (B.S. in Electrical Engineering, M.S. in Electrical Engineering, B.S. in Management Science) and the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration (M.B.A.). He has served as a trustee of the Corporation of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and on the M.I.T. visiting committees for the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and for Sponsored Research.


Andy Vitus

Partner, Scale Venture Partners
Andy focuses on Scale Venture Partners' investments in next generation enterprise software and new datacenter technologies including virtualization and cloud computing. Additionally, his area of expertise includes innovations in consumer electronics and semiconductors, particularly analog and mixed signal technologies. Andy sits on the boards of Innovion and Astute and has worked closely with Auvitek, Entone, and Picolight. Prior to joining ScaleVP in 2003, Andy worked as a hardware engineer for Electronics for Imaging, designing embedded print server platforms and video compression circuits. Previously, he was a software engineer for De Beers Research Labs, doing research on computer vision for both medical and mining applications. Andy earned an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.


Chris Smith

Director, Coral Group
Chris is a Director with Coral Group, where he leads investments in the communications and media sectors. Chris currently sits on the boards of Entone, Firetide and FON Wireless. Before joining Coral, Chris was an associate with IBM's Venture Capital Group and was previously a Manager with Accenture's consulting practice, including product management and software engineering projects for emerging communications, media and entertainment clients. Chris's early professional experiences also include developing enterprise software for Xerox, writing for Network Computing Magazine and administering networks for Syracuse University. Chris earned a B.S. from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where he was an IBM Venture Fellow.

Steve McKay

Chief Executive Officer, Entone, Inc.
Steve has focused his career on broadband multimedia services for the communications industry for nearly twenty years. Prior to joining Entone, Steve was the CEO of Ion Global, a pan-Asian systems integrator. Under his direction, Ion Global grew from 50 people in 1 country to over 1000 people in 10 countries. As part of a merger, the company went public on NASDAQ and later completed a $400M+ secondary offering. Steve also spent more than 12 years with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). While at Accenture, Steve worked with some of the world's leading CATV operators and telcos on their broadband and interactive television strategies and deployments. Steve has sat on more than 20 company boards. He received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
